Our History
Founded in 2024
Europe's industrial and logistics property sector had grown into one of the most important asset classes on the continent — yet the profession behind it remained fragmented, with no single body to set standards, accredit expertise or champion its people. EIREA was founded to change that: a unified institute giving the sector the professional infrastructure it had long deserved.
