European Industrial Property Association
Why we exist

The European body for industrial property.

One discipline, one continent, one body. EIREA stands for industrial and logistics property in Europe — and for the agents who specialise in it.

What we stand for

Industrial first. Europe first.

Everything EIREA does is for the industrial and logistics specialist working across European borders. That is the whole of our remit.

The Register

The European record

Industrial agents across Europe, in one place — so a buyer searching any market lands on a specialist, not a generalist.

The Designation

M.EIREA · F.EIREA

A mark that says industrial. It travels across every European market, and it is the one thing a general commercial badge cannot say for you.

The Standard

The industrial specialism

Industrial and logistics property defined on its own terms: warehouses, industrial parks, distribution, and the capital that moves through them.

Our standing

The body for the industrial specialist in Europe.

Industrial and logistics property is a specialism in its own right, and the agents who work in it deserve a body of their own. EIREA is that body, and it holds that position across the whole continent.

That is the standard we set, the register we keep and the designation we award. One clear purpose, and we do not dilute it.

What that means for you. If you specialise in industrial and logistics property, EIREA is the body that says so — and the register is what a European buyer reads to check. Your membership carries a designation they can read, a verified profile in that register, and a place among the agents doing your work in every other market.
What membership does for you

Be found

A verified public profile in the register a buyer searches. If a buyer looking for an industrial specialist in your market cannot find you, they find a generalist instead.

Search the whole market

Every verified industrial agent in Europe, filterable by market and specialism. The cross-border picture no single agency can assemble for itself.

Win cross-border work

Introductions to buyers and occupiers outside your own market — the deal flow that pays for the membership in a single transaction.

Carry the designation

M.EIREA and F.EIREA — a mark of industrial specialism that travels across every European market, where a general commercial badge does not.

The register buyers search

EIREA is the register of industrial agents in Europe. When a cross-border buyer searches your market, the search starts here — and it ends with whoever is on it.

Stay ahead of the rules

MEPS and EPC compliance, the EU taxonomy, CSRD — explained by what they cost a landlord, not as legal text you have to interpret alone.

The money argument

What it replaces.

An industrial agent pays for data, for lead generation and for training — separately, to three different people. Membership does all of it, and the cross-border deal flow on top.

Before you decide
What do I get for free?
Two things, and both stay free. A listing in the register, and a verified record once you confirm and correct it. Paid membership is what adds the training, entry to the awards, the register itself and the designation.
I'm already a member of RICS. Why join this too?
Because they do different jobs. RICS gives you chartered standing across property generally. EIREA gives you standing as an industrial specialist in Europe, with the register, the data and the designation that go with it. Serious industrial agents will hold both — and we would encourage it.
How do I know the register is accurate?
Every entry is one of two things, and the record tells you which. It is either a listing as we hold it, or verified — confirmed or corrected by the firm itself. We never present the second as the first.
Will I actually get work from it?
The register is built so that buyers and occupiers searching for an industrial specialist land on verified profiles. Cross-border introductions are the benefit our members tell us matter most. One deal covers the membership many times over.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Member membership is monthly or annual, with one month's notice; Fellow is twelve months in advance. If your membership lapses your standing drops — the badge, the designation and the priority placement come off, and your entry falls back to Confirmed. Your listing and your data stay yours.
Who can join?
Any industrial and logistics property professional working in Europe, at whatever grade reflects their practice. Listing and verification are free; membership adds the register, the training, entry to the awards and the designation.
I'm not an agent — I'm a developer, investor or supplier. Is there a place for me?
Yes. Searching the register is free and open to anyone — developers, occupiers, investors, surveyors, lenders, lawyers and insurers included. Membership itself is personal to the individual specialist, so it is not the route for an organisation.
