How the places work

Winner.
Highly Commended.
Commended.

Every category is judged to three places. Winner, Highly Commended, Commended — each with its own citation and its own place in the register.

Recognition that reaches one firm per category does not reach far enough to change a market. This does.

Each place carries its own mark, and the mark goes on the winner's own material — signature, profile, pitch. A place you cannot show is a place nobody sees.

Submit your entries online. Enter as many categories as apply to you or your firm.

Judged in December

An independent panel of industrial practitioners. No sponsor sits on the panel and no entry buys a place.

Shortlist, then the ceremony

The shortlist is published in December. Winners are announced at the ceremony in early January.

Entry is a Member benefit.

To enter, at least one person on the entry must hold Member membership or above — or the firm must hold an Agency or Corporate membership. Listing and verification are free; entry is not.

Individual entriesOpen to Members and Fellows. Entry does not open on a free listing.
Firm and deal entriesOpen where the firm holds Agency or Corporate membership, or where the submitting person is a member. One membership is enough to enter.
JudgingIndependent panel of industrial practitioners. No sponsor on the panel; no fee buys a place.

Questions
When do nominations close?
28 November 2026. Entries received after that date cannot be judged, so enter early — you can add to an entry after submitting it, but you cannot start one.
Do I have to be a member to enter?
Yes. At least one person on the entry must hold a current EIREA membership, or the firm must hold an Agency or Corporate membership. Joining takes a couple of minutes and your entry can follow straight after.
How many categories can I enter?
As many as apply. There is an award for every market we cover, and specialist awards across markets, firm sizes, disciplines and deal types so that the firms and people doing the work are recognised for it.
What does it cost to enter?
Nothing beyond membership. Entry is included in your membership — there is no per-entry fee.
Who judges?
An independent panel of practitioners who work in industrial and logistics property. No sponsor sits on the panel, and no entry can buy a place on the shortlist.
Where is the ceremony?
The venue is to be confirmed and will be announced to members first. The ceremony takes place in early January 2027.
What do winners receive?
Every category is judged to three places. The Winner takes the winner's mark and the citation read at the ceremony. Highly Commended takes its own mark and a published citation. Commended is recognised on the shortlist, in the register and on this site. All three places are permanent.
