Find an industrial property specialist in your area.

Tell us where you are, and we will show the certified industrial and logistics specialists who cover it. And if you already work with an agent, you can check whether they are a member.

The register

Every specialist can confirm their own entry — free, in minutes. Confirmed entries are marked, and rise to the top of the register.

Industrial and logistics property specialists across 28 countries, in one register. Search it by where you are, or by a specialist's name — free, and open to anyone. Being listed is free too.

Twenty-eight countries, one register. Start with the market you are buying, letting or developing in.

The four rungs

Unconfirmed

Compiled from public registers and not yet touched by the specialist. Listed, but provisional — and it ranks below the rest. Never filled.

Confirmed

A free account. The specialist signed up and confirmed their own record — corrected what was wrong, added what was missing. Free, and it always will be — there is never a reason to leave a record unconfirmed.

Member

A paid account — green tick, €15 a month. Verified standing, the Member badge, and the designation M.EIREA after their name. Paid badges are filled, so a Member is unmistakable at a glance — and still legible in greyscale, where the fill is all that survives.

Fellow

A paid account — gold tick, €25 a month, paid annually (€300 in advance). Verified standing, the Fellow badge, and F.EIREA. The seal and the chevron — a second device, so a Fellow is never merely a Member in another colour. Ranks above Members in every search.

Verified is the paid standing. Both paid rungs are Verified and both carry a filled badge; they are told apart by which badge they carry. Nothing free is ever described as Verified — and green and gold are reserved for the paid accounts and for awards, which is what makes them mean something.

For buyers, occupiers and investors

Complete, current, and not for sale.

Most lists of agents are assembled once and sold twice. This one is held by the association that represents the firms in it, confirmed with each firm, and kept current because the firms have a stake in it. When you search a market, you are looking at the entry that firm stands behind.

For industrial agents

Looking for a specialist to work a deal with?

When a client needs an agent in another country, this is where you find one who does exactly what you do. Search by where the property is, or by the specialism, and put the job in the hands of a specialist rather than whoever happens to answer the phone.
